Shawn Singh

Shawn serves as a retail investment specialist advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of Business sales and single tenant net-leased properties throughout the U.S, specifically franchise business sales, Gas stations and quick-service restaurants (QSR). His commitment to putting his client first and creating value assures him long-lasting relationships throughout the industry and certainty of execution. Shawn’s ultimate goal is to do right by his clients and customers in every way, from listening to their needs to going above and beyond in helping them achieve their goals. He utilizes his insights in real estate investment knowledge to create value for his clients in combination with his background in business.

Shawn is a graduate of San Jose State University with a B.S in Business Management Information Systems and is now pursuing his MBA as well. Shawn has experience in data analytics, from his career as a data analyst. He also has experience owning and operating multiple restaurants. His experience in Data and Business helps him give his clients strategic insights based off first-hand experience.

Dominic Douglas

Dominic recently started his career in real estate after transitioning from the construction industry. This prior experience gave him an unparalleled ability to understand the ins and outs of buildings, construction costs, and a great understanding of the needs of owners and occupants of commercial assets. He leverages this knowledge to achieve success for his clients where others may fail.

Dominic is a team member of the Hagar Group, and is a local expert in the East County commercial markets. He leverages his individual experience as well as a team success to uncover opportunities and add unmatched value.

Dominic currently lives in Concord where he was born and raised.

Michael comes to AiCRE Partners after six years as a residential Realtor serving the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. He has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Veterans Fellowship (Class of 2022) and is an active CCIM Candidate. His completed coursework includes Financial and Market Analysis, and User and Investor Decision Analysis.

As a former U.S. Diplomat and U.S. Army officer, Mr. Young understands the importance of being a select member of a high-functioning team. Roman Hess

Roman Hess is a licensed commercial real estate agent with AiCRE Partners, specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of net-leased and investment-grade commercial real estate assets nationwide.

Roman began his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap, where he developed a strong foundation in transaction execution, underwriting, and advisory services. During his tenure, he worked closely with Los Angeles–based property owners, assisting clients with 1031 exchanges into single-tenant, net-leased assets across the United States. Through this experience, Roman became highly proficient in navigating exchange timelines, evaluating tenant credit, and structuring replacement acquisitions across multiple markets and asset classes.

Roman believes in a data-driven approach to commercial real estate, where decisions are grounded in market evidence, underwriting discipline, and a clear understanding of risk and return. Gina Cefalu-Fink

Gina is the Operations Manager for the Hagar group. Her job description is immense, which makes her a critical component to the success and production of the entire office. She is responsible for a variety of tasks such as marketing, sales support, client communication, and file coordination.  Gina also has a real estate license, which allows her to assist directly with clients and prospects of the Hagar group. Having owned multiple businesses prior to her joining the Hagar group, as well as being the mother to 7 kids, she is very organized and excellent at multitasking which makes her proficient in numerous roles. She draws on this prior experience to enable the Hagar group to provide the best support available to its clients.
