Matt Hagar is a visionary leader in the commercial real estate industry and Co-founder of AiCRE Partners — a pioneering brokerage platform redefining how deals are done utilizing the power of artificial intelligence. Matt brings with him more than 15 years of experience in commercial brokerage and a track record as one of the top-producing brokers in Northern California. He is well-rounded with additional experience and development, property management, as well as the owner of several investment properties. Matt’s focus has now shifted to building the most advanced, efficient, and agent-empowered brokerage platform in the country.
AiCRE Partners was born from the belief that the commercial real estate industry is long overdue for transformation. By eliminating inefficiencies, centralizing fragmented workflows, and deploying intelligent systems at scale, AiCRE enables brokers to close more deals with less friction — and helps clients discover new opportunities with greater speed and accuracy.
Before launching AiCRE, Matt co-founded and scaled a regional brokerage to three offices and over 60 agents in just three years, all while earning recognition as the #1 individual producer in his firm. He most recently spent 10 years at Intero Commercial building out their brand and commercial presence, where he left his recently vacated role as president. Some of his honors include being named 1 of only 10 CCIM Rising Stars worldwide as well as CBA’s “Rookie of the Year”, a testament to both his transactional expertise and forward-thinking approach.
Now overseeing a team of 50+ brokers across four locations, Matt continues to drive AiCRE’s national expansion — blending cutting-edge technology with deep advisory experience to shape the future of commercial real estate.
In his free time Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two young kids. His favorite activities are traveling, camping, golfing, or generally being outside.

Ronald started his real estate career in Southern California in 2014 and came to the Bay Area in 2017 and signed on with Intero Commercial. Mr. Hildenbrand’s career spans over 30 years in the Real Estate, Financial, and Development industry which included 20 plus years as an executive member of the Hofmann Company, a major Bay Area development firm.
His knowledge and through understanding of the industry has been the result of extensive involvement in environmental, entitlement, due diligence, budget development and analysis as well as extensive governmental liaison relationships.
In addition, he has extensive Planning, Development and Marketing experience developed over the years.
Mr. Hildenbrand holds a California Real Estate License, is an active member of the Urban Land Institute as well as the California Building Association.
Jim McArthur has been in and around, the Real Estate industry his entire life. Starting in construction building both residential and commercial projects, designing, financing, sales, leasing, and assemblage. The one exception would be professional-level property management which he gladly defers to others.
His first construction job was in high school as a shop boy and runner with Bernard’s Brothers Const. (now Bernard’s) in Southern California, where he grew up. After school he moved to Palo Alto, CA in the early 1980s to work in construction, he obtained a General Contractors License, where he worked primarily in the SFR housing market on the mid-peninsula performing client work. He and his partners were also flipping houses, long before it became what it is now. This led to doing entitlement work and small development work with some local partners.
In November of 1995, he received a patent that he wrote for a tool he designed that would help homeowners recycle. The tool is sold throughout the country and in some parts of Canada.
This created a lot of free time which was spent working with a friend doing commercial loans, which led to opening a small residential mortgage company that was run from his office in Sunnyvale, CA until the financial crisis in 2008.
He returned to the construction industry as a project manager for a commercial contractor in the Bay Area.
Jim was later recruited to Intero Commercial by the division manager because of his vast experience and contacts. He has been active in the industry for 8 + years, Jim has focused on Office Sales/leasing, Multifamily, and selling developed projects with entitlements. He has found success putting together “Assemblages” and disposition to large established developers.
Jim recently sold a 6-parcel assemblage in Downtown San Jose to Urban Community. This is one of the area’s largest multiparcel assemblages that sold at the time for a record price.
With over 10 years experience in the real estate industry, Brian is now a focused commercial real estate professional specializing in East Bay properties. He is a lifelong East Bay resident who comes with a local market knowledge that is matched by very few individuals. His “client first” philosophy and focus on relationship building is the core of Brian’s business, which yields outstanding results for those he works with. He prides himself on excellent communication throughout the entire real estate process from start to finish, which gives his clients the peace of mind that they are in good hands. This goes a long way and reassuring his clients everything is under control and reinforces the level of trust they have in him. Commercial real estate can be very complex to navigate, and being open and forthright can help to mitigate major problems before they arise.
In his prior office he worked his way into the top 10% for production of all agents over three offices. His drive and work ethic sets him apart, and he will be a force in the East Bay commercial markets for decades to come.
