Rick Carrillo

Experience:

AiCRE Partners welcomed Rick Carrillo to the Newport Beach, CA office as a Senior Advisor in 2024. Rick brings a breadth of expertise in investment sales and specializes in net-lease investment properties for both retail and industrial assets, providing comprehensive market knowledge and solutions to private and institutional clients on acquisition and disposition needs. Previously at SRS Real Estate Partners, Rick performed a range of services including property analysis, strategic sale-leaseback structuring, 1031 exchanges, and buyer and seller representation. His career began at CBRE where he honed his skills in industrial tenant representation, sale leasebacks, and supported clients in their Southern California Expansion. To date, Rick has underwritten and transacted on $250M worth of real estate.

Education:

Rick graduated from the University of Arizona, where he received a bachelor’s degree in economics and minored in business administration. Rick is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and attends anywhere from 3-4 of their conferences per year. Rick enjoys his work life, as well as golfing, surfing, and traveling. Originally from Arizona, Rick now resides in Newport Beach, CA.
