With over 24 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and 18 years in high-acuity emergency and urgent care leadership, Mark brings a practitioner-informed perspective to commercial real estate. His clinical background provides firsthand insight into how healthcare spaces truly function, allowing him to evaluate properties beyond the physical layout and through the lens of patient care and operational efficiency.

He later transitioned into medical construction oversight, serving as a Nurse Consultant on complex healthcare projects. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers, he helped develop a wide range of facilities—including pharmacies, laboratories, radiology suites, and inpatient and outpatient centers—ensuring each space was compliant, efficient, and aligned with the needs of providers.

Licensed in real estate since 2006, Mark specializes in medical commercial real estate, leveraging his clinical, construction, and financial background to advise healthcare clients on site selection, acquisition, and development.
