Kaveh has developed a specialty in net leased investment properties and his expertise spans a diverse range of essential services within the realm of commercial real estate, encompassing disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leasebacks, portfolio management, market analysis, and financing of properties across the country. Over the course of his career, Kaveh has successfully transacted in over $1.5B in transaction volume and 1,000+ closings nationally.
