Dominic recently started his career in real estate after transitioning from the construction industry. Dominic is a team member of the Hagar Group, and is a local expert in the East County commercial markets. He leverages his individual experience as well as a team success to uncover opportunities and add unmatched value.
Dominic currently lives in Concord where he was born and raised.

Before joining AiCRE Partners, Alexa worked as a Project Engineer and Project Manager, leading large-scale new development projects from concept through completion. Her background gives her a sharp eye for value creation, construction feasibility, and long-term investment potential.
With dual citizenship in Mexico and the United States, Alexa has the ability to bridge opportunities for international investors seeking to expand or diversify their portfolios across borders. Since 2021, she has also been a small business owner, gaining firsthand knowledge of what it takes to buy, operate, and sell businesses—insights that she now leverages to guide her clients toward sound, strategic investments.
Driven by her belief that helping people is the most rewarding part of this business, Alexa combines her technical knowledge, business acumen, and genuine care for her clients to ensure they make confident, informed decisions in every stage of their investment journey.
Outside of her professional life, Alexa enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, cooking, being outdoors, and volunteering at her kids’ school and sporting events.
