Blake Robinson

Blake Robinson advises private owners and investors on the sale and acquisition of retail assets, nationwide. As part of AiCRE’s Studio City office in Los Angeles, he specializes in multi-tenant, single-tenant, and net-leased properties.

Prior to joining AiCRE Partners, Blake was an agent with Marcus & Millichap in Century City. Before brokerage, Blake served as a National Account Manager under the Rocket Mortgage umbrella, where he supported leading mortgage lenders with data-driven marketing and performance analytics. That background translates into disciplined underwriting, sharper positioning, and proactive lender engagement, helping clients anticipate financing hurdles and keep timelines on track.

Originally from Northern, CA, Blake holds a Bachlor’s in Business Administration from Sonoma State University. When he’s not underwirting or negotiating deals on behalf of his clients, he spends his time with his wife and kids. You can find him working on DIY projects, working out, running, or planning his next adventure.
